Our Legal team work with a number of organisations and groups in the legal sector, such as the ICAEW's Solicitors Advisory Group and The Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM), ensuring we can provide law firms with the most up to date business and regulatory advice and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients including limited companies and company directors.
- Advise on tax planning for companies and tax efficient remuneration planning for owners
- Review income tax computations for directors, including liaising with specialists on technical matters.
