Our Legal team are well respected in this field and offer specialist advice to our high calibre portfolio of clients. Therefore, due to continued success, we are now looking to compliment our experienced and technical tax team with a Partnership Tax specialist.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients consisting of partnerships (including LLPs) and the partners.
- Review forms P11D and PAYE Settlement Agreements, where appropriate.
- Advise on tax planning for partnerships/LLP’s and the partners.
- Review income tax computations for partners and members, including liaising with specialists on technical matters.
