Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and auto enrolment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent soft skills and customer service skills
- Good understanding of tax and National Insurance calculations
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide a support service to other departments within Hazlewoods on client payroll and PAYE matters
- Manage and process your own portfolio of payrolls from client information
- Maintain accurate and concise record systems
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries
- Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc.)
