Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT? Join our dynamic IT team at Hazlewoods! As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for nearly 600 staff members across three main sites based in Cheltenham

In this role, you will be part of a busy and friendly helpdesk team who are responsible for 1st and 2nd line, with an element of 3rd line technical support (phone, email and in person) for all users across the firm. Alongside technical experience, we are looking for a calm, personable and organised individual who is happy working in a fast-paced environment.
