We are now looking for a Private Client Tax Associate/Senior to join our expanding Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a sophisticated and varied client base - including entrepreneurs, private equity professionals, business owners approaching exit, internationally mobile individuals, trusts, and family office structures - while gaining early exposure to high‑quality advisory work normally associated with Top 10/Big 4 environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of private clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of compliance work while identifying opportunities to add value
- Support managers, directors and partners on a wide range of advisory projects - from scoping and quoting new work to researching technical matters and helping shape tax planning solutions.
- Work directly with clients: attending meetings, gathering information, and helping turn complex tax issues into clear, practical advice.
- Carry out technical research across a broad range of private client tax areas, producing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Engage with complex private client situations involving business owners, private equity professionals, newly generated wealth, international tax considerations, trusts, and family office structures.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA and/or ATT qualified (CTA desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Team player with a flexible and enthusiastic approach
- Keen interest in developing advisory skills and working on complex planning projects
