- Capital Reduction Demergers: Lead and innovate in complex restructuring.
- EMI Valuations: Provide expert valuations for employee share schemes.
- Designing Bespoke Share Incentives: Craft unique incentives that drive success.
- Transitions to Employee Ownership: Guide companies through transformative changes.
- Tax Valuations: Tackle valuations of shares with intricate ratchet structures.
