Description

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic Financial Planning team at Hazlewoods! As an IFA Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process ISA, pension, GIA and Offshore Bond applications and top ups
  • Process fund switches/dealing instructions within team SLAs, with high attention to detail
  • Process applications for structured products and EIS
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding transfers, top ups and withdrawals
  • Process surrenders and assignments
  • Deal with death claims, including liaising with other professional services firms and Executors
  • Build strong relationships with key account managers of product providers and the wider firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Assist the Head of Administration with the day-to-day running of the Administration team, including allocating and reviewing work.
  • Support the Administration team in the absence of the Head of Administration, including during periods of annual leave
  • Train new starters on key team processes and CRM software
