Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic Financial Planning team at Hazlewoods! As an IFA Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Process ISA, pension, GIA and Offshore Bond applications and top ups
- Process fund switches/dealing instructions within team SLAs, with high attention to detail
- Process applications for structured products and EIS
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding transfers, top ups and withdrawals
- Process surrenders and assignments
- Deal with death claims, including liaising with other professional services firms and Executors
- Build strong relationships with key account managers of product providers and the wider firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Assist the Head of Administration with the day-to-day running of the Administration team, including allocating and reviewing work.
- Support the Administration team in the absence of the Head of Administration, including during periods of annual leave
- Train new starters on key team processes and CRM software
