As a Senior within the Innovation sector specialism, you’ll play a pivotal role in our expanding team.
Responsibilities include:
- Fully supervise a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility of all aspects of tax including compliance and ad hoc project work as it arises.
- Use your knowledge and experience to help our clients in making claims for R&D tax relief, as well as Patent Box claims (coaching on Patent Box will be provided if you do not have previous experience in this specialist area).
- Advise clients on the application of R&D legislation and extract the costs to be claimed ensuring that technical compliance is in line with HMRC legislation.
- Be able to produce the tax disclosures for the financial statements.
- Research and understand technical matters and present them in a comprehensible and practical way.
- Reviewing computations and claims and liaise with specialists on technical matters.
