Responsibilities include:
- Help to get the best out of our back-office software in terms of the provision of management information.
- Look to further develop administration procedures and processes.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, oversea projects and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operation and effectively manage the workload of the administration
team.
- Monitor team performance, listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues.
- Process new business application forms and payments, ensuring the compliance process
has been completed.
- Add new business to Curo software.
- Correspond with clients regarding withdrawals, review letters, lapsed policies
etc.
