Our award winning Corporate Finance team provides specialist advice to small and mid-market businesses on a wide range of transactions including business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, business valuations and raising finance for expansion.
Ranked in the UK Top 10 Advisers by Experian and with record-breaking results in 2024, after advising on transactions worth more than £1 billion, the team is now looking to expand its transactions team with a Senior Manager.
This is an pivotal role in a growing team of 50 individuals.

Office location: Cheltenham or Bristol
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage due diligence projects and teams to prepare a quality client deliverable report,
within agreed timescales, to aid their decision making
- Support with identifying and quantifying potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal structure
- Support junior team members, helping them with technical aspects and aiding their
development
- Interpret and analyse financial and operational information including historical and projected trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Support with identifying and reporting key issues which may affect transaction value

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Previous experience in Transaction Support /Advisory work at Manager level
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport and a network of
contacts
