Our award winning Corporate Finance team provides specialist advice to small and mid-market businesses on a wide range of transactions including business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, business valuations and raising finance for expansion.
Ranked in the UK Top 10 Advisers by Experian and with record-breaking results in 2024, after advising on transactions worth more than £1 billion, the team is now looking to expand its transactions team at Associate Manager level.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and quantify potential risk areas that may need to be addressed as part of the deal
structure
- Review and analyse historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets
- Develop an understanding of the target business and its drivers
- Review and analyse projections, and underlying assumptions
- Evaluate the current trading performance of the business

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Previous experience in Transaction Support /Advisory work
- Managerial/assistant managerial experience, including developing team members
- Ability to identify risk and/or potentially price-affecting issues
