Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA fully qualified
  • You have some UK corporation tax, capital and employment tax experience in a transactions environment, or a desire to move into this area
  • You are client focused, with an emphasis on quality and accuracy
  • You are able to identify risk and/or potentially price affecting issues

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Highlight key tax risks arising and advise on tax warranties and indemnities required and review taxation implications of sale and purchase agreements
  • Help to co-ordinate, develop and deliver tax due diligence reviews on target businesses and for vendor due diligence assignments.
  • Know how to do pre-disposal reviews of the tax aspects of businesses for which sales 
    mandates are held.
  • Have a good understanding of corporate and group re-organisations and be able to articulate this to our clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understand the tax aspects of transaction structures and potentially be able to advise on optimal tax planning strategies
