Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA fully qualified
- Experience with management accounting and VAT across a range of industries
- Experience of motivating a team to deliver results and developing staff to achieve their potential
- Proven track record of client management.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients, helping to co-ordinate an exceptional service to those clients, whilst assisting with the growth and development of the team.
- Manage the preparation of VAT returns
- Review and publish timely monthly financial reports
- Mentor and assist with the development of staff, including involvement in training and appraisals.
- Get involved in project work for clients including; the preparation of budgets and forecasts, advice on accounting systems and controls, assistance with fund raising and business planning advice
