With ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent and drive our business forward. This is a varied and challenging, end to end recruitment opportunity within a forward thinking and supportive team. 

The role will involve:

  • Building relationships with Partners and Recruiting Managers to understand the current and future needs of the business, helping to shape recruitment strategy.
  • Actively developing talent pools through proactive searching and sourcing of talent using advertising, referrals, social media platforms, and networking events.
  • Recommending creative and innovative solutions to help fill niche and senior roles.
  • Assisting with interviews across all levels of the business, ensuring compliance with UK employment law legislation, to find the best talent that fits our company culture.
  • Supporting the team with early careers recruitment.
  • Proactively research market conditions, undertake competitor analysis, gain insight from peers, network, and form candidate relationships.
  • Working with our Marketing team on recruitment branding, social media posts, and other ideas to raise our employer profile.

We are ideally looking for someone with:

  • Proven talent acquisition experience with a passion for the dynamic nature of recruitment.
  • Previous in-house recruitment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with colleagues and senior stakeholders and engage an audience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with expertise in managing stakeholder expectations and influencing robust hiring decisions.
  • A solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law legislation.

The position is based in our beautiful office just outside Cheltenham, with travel to other offices required.
