BI & Data Engineering Lead (Fixed-Term Contract – 9 Months, Potential to Go Permanent)

As part of our exciting growth plans, we are expanding our capabilities in Business Intelligence (BI) and are looking for a dynamic, client-focused BI & Data Engineering Lead to join our team.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role where you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and technical teams, helping to shape and deliver our BI offering. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, translating these into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and scalable BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to gather and understand BI and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective BI strategies and technical solutions.
- Design and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of our BI capabilities.
- Contribute to the strategy and growth of the BI function within the firm.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in BI and data engineering roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Vallids, Alteryx & Microsoft Fabric.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for data.
