We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish across your allocated client portfolio
  • Ensure all payrolls are completed in line with internal procedures and client deadlines
  • Maintain compliance with current payroll legislation and best practice
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
