Job Type: Full-time, permanent position, fully office based
Office location: To work across our Cheltenham and Staverton offices
We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our growing reception team.
The role will involve working across three of our offices in Cheltenham and Staverton on a rota basis, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (parking is provided)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Use our computerised telephone system to answer and filter volume incoming calls
- Meet and greet visitors and clients
- Co-ordinate, book and prepare meeting rooms
- Prepare drinks for meetings
- Ensure maintenance of reception areas and meeting rooms
- Manage internal and external post and assist with scanning

Requirements:
- You have client facing experience in an office environment (essential)
- Previous reception experience is desirable
- You have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills
- You are confident, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A good understanding of microsoft packages
