Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Log and manage support tickets, including daily system checks
- Handle user requests such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal moves
- Lead engaging IT inductions for new starters
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, ideally within a service desk/help desk environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS (configuration and troubleshooting)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting across all levels of the business
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for multi-site support)
