We are currently seeking a Mixed Tax Senior/Associate Manager to join our Veterinary team in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, combining compliance and advisory work while helping veterinary business owners navigate complex tax challenges and plan for the future. You'll enjoy plenty of variety, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and Directors on high-impact projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of veterinary businesses and their owners, ensuring an exceptional client experience
- Advising clients on both personal and corporate tax matters
- Supporting a range of tax planning projects, including remuneration planning, succession planning and ownership changes
- Reviewing personal and business tax returns and computations
- Building strong client relationships and translating complex tax matters into practical, easy-to understand advice
- Coaching and developing junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience across both personal and corporate tax.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters in a clear and practical way.
- A commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
